Charges included summer period.
According to need electric heating in additional Kw is 0.15 euros (only if your consumption exceeds 20kw / day).
We ask our smoking customers to refrain from smoking indoors.
Do not sleep on the protective covers of mattresses, ears and duvets.
OPTIONS OR SUPPLEMENT (payment upon arrival)
- SUPPLIED: kitchen towels ------------------- pillows, duvets, blankets for beds 90 - 140 and cots.
Per person renting:
- Bed linen 8 €
- 1 bath towel 2 €
- 1 pool towel 2 €
- 1 bathrobe 1,50 €
- Baby bed sheets 5 €
- Baby towels 1 €
- Cat / dog according to type per week 30 € to 70 € per annimal. Tenants are asked to pick up the droppings of their animals, if they do not wish to make a package end of stay of 20 €.
- The cleaning fee end of stay is 100 € if you do not want to do it, rate diferent following WEEK-END
- The hiring must be released at the latest at 9.30 am and left in the state of cleanliness of your arrival when you do the cleaning, The places must be made tidy up, the furniture and objects in its place of origin, the dishes made, sheets removed. (An amount can be retained if the house is not returned in its original state of cleanliness).
- Cleaning option 11 € per hour regular service during the stay (to be defined)
- Extra person: any additional person not provided for in the rental agreement must be notified to the owners (who reserves the right to refuse) at least the day before and will be charged € 25 per day (if the total number of participants exceeds the number concluded in the contract).
- FOR YOUR RESERVATION.
We need the reservation contract in two copies with the check or a transfer deposit of 30%. Deposit 700 € to be sent upon payment of the balance or on arrival.
For foreigners the deposit is requested upon arrival and paid in cash.
The balance is payable 40 days before the arrival of the key collection with the deposit of 700 €.
The deposit is returned within two weeks after examination of the premises.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY TRAIN OR PLANE:
70 minutes from Toulouse airport, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Bergerac airport, 40 minutes from Agen TGV
We advise you to rent a car in advance to take full advantage of the region, it will cost you less than renting it the day of your arrival. If you do not want to rent a car, we will be happy to pick you up at the airport (Toulouse Blagnac) or at Agen or Cahors station.
